The Windmee computer software, artwork and other components included in this version of product (collectively the “Software”) are the exclusive copyrighted property of Windmee. You must not (a) sell, rent, lease or sublicense all or any portion of the Software; (b) modify or prepare derivative works of the Software; (c) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software; (d) publish license keys or license key generation algorithms.
You are granted one user license to use the free version of Software for any legal non-commercial purposes. For legal commercial purposes please purchase a Software license.
If you have purchased period Windmee PRO Software license, you are granted one user license to use the Windmee PRO Software on one computer during license period after the first use of product key (license key). You should use Windmee PRO Software for any legal purpose. The usage of Windmee PRO Software with period license has period time limitation. It means that Windmee PRO Software stops working in period and asks for another license, unless the license is extended period by paying period license fee again. The period of free updates is limited only by the expiration time of period license. Thus, while Windmee PRO Software works with period license, you can always update Windmee PRO Software freely.
The Software may be distributed freely if the distribution package is not modified and if you give a link to Software home page. You must not bundle the Software in any other distribution packages and take distribution fees without our agreement.
